Built in 1886, the Vandiver Mansion is an icon of Havre de Grace The Mansion holds 7 beautiful guest rooms, large Parlor and Lounges for events and of course, the huge porch for relaxing and cocktails.

Our Beautiful Guest Rooms provide an eclectic spin on historical tradition. We like to call it "Chesapeake Chic". Mansion Rooms are our most traditional spaces, while the Kent & Murphy Rooms provide a nod to a more boutique feel.

With over 3,600 sq.ft. of year-round event space, The Vandiver Pavilion is the ideal location for events up to 170 (seated) and much more for other types of events. Linens, tableware, barware, etc. are always included. And our events are underscored with catering from Award-Winning Chef and Owner Susan Muldoon.
